LEARNING OBJECTIVES:  This one-hour course will help to define what conflict is and how it presents in both professional and personal situations.  One of the biggest challenges in managing conflict is understanding how you behave in the midst of difficult situations. Understanding your own most common reactions will help you improve your ability to handle conflict and learn the skills necessary to manage conflict effectively and efficiently.

SPEAKER: Beth R. Sarfaty, PT, MBA. Beth Sarfaty received her PT education at Northeastern University in Boston. She has a graduate certificate in Health Care Leadership and Management from Steven’s Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Regis University.  She is the Vice President of Rehabilitation Services for the Critical Illness Recovery Hospital Division of Select Medical. Beth is also the owner of Educational Solutions, LLC.  She has been a member of the New Jersey State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners for the past 8 years, is on the APTA HPA Section LAMP faculty and teaches ethics and leadership development courses throughout the U.S.
