SPEAKER:  Catherine (Katie) Siengsukon, PhD, PT, is a physical therapist and researcher who studies how sleep impacts health-related outcomes and examines non-pharmacological interventions (exercise, CBT-I) to improve sleep quality. Dr. Siengsukon’s research has been supported by the American Heart Association and National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Dr. Siengsukon received her MPT from Rockhurst University in 2002 and her PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2008.
