Corbin Hedt, PT, DPT. Corbin is a Senior Physical Therapist with Houston Methodist Sports Medicine and Orthopedics in Houston, Texas. Corbin received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Texas Woman's University and soon thereafter obtained residency-training from Houston Methodist's Sports Physical Therapy Residency program. He currently serves as the Director of the Upper Extremity Athlete Fellowship Program - the first of its kind in the state of Texas. Furthermore, Corbin is a part of the sports residency faculty and mentor while leading research efforts as the Physical Therapy Research Coordinator for the department. Corbin has had the opportunity to work alongside athletes at all levels and with prestigious organizations such as the Houston Astros, Houston Texans, Houston Dynamo/Dash, Rice University, Houston Rodeo, and Houston Ballet/Orchestra. In addition to clinical and field work, Corbin has a passion for entrepreneurial endeavors, fostering the invention and development of the LEAPmat™ as well as being Owner/Founder of 5 Tool Sport, LLC.
